Tim Walz Ends Reelection Bid
Tim Walz’s reign is ending.
The “seriously retarded” Minnesota governor abruptly ended his 2026 reelection bid on Monday, releasing a statement announcing his plan to leave office upon his term’s completion. To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Walz blamed Donald Trump for his downfall.
The president and his allies want “to make our state a colder, meaner place,” he claimed. “They want to poison our people against each other by attacking our neighbors. And, ultimately, they want to take away much of what makes Minnesota the best place in America to raise a family.”
“I cannot abide the actions of the political leadership in Washington,” Walz concluded.
Give this article a read for a reminder of how much the governor has gotten away with during his time in office. Between putting tampons in boys’ bathrooms, deceiving the public about his military service, and overseeing his state’s out-of-control Somali fraud scandal, the list is jarringly exhaustive.
Walz’s departure will likely prove devastating for those Somalis, as voters could replace him with someone who actually cares about Minnesota belonging to Minnesotans. Unless Ilhan Omar assumes his office.
